2.1 Account and identifier data
- The game currently uses a guest sign-in flow through PlayFab.
- A persistent install or account identifier is stored on device and used for login.
- PlayFab account, profile, and currency data may be retrieved at login.
- If available in account data, a contact email may be read to prefill support flows.
2.2 Device-local data
- Client settings are stored on your device, including configuration such as audio, vibration, and graphics preferences.
- These local settings are functional game preferences and are not treated as sensitive personal data.
2.3 Gameplay, progression, and economy data
- Server-side game state can include progression, currencies, inventory, mailbox data, and reward claim state.
- Server-side systems are authoritative for many rewards and economy outcomes.
2.4 Social and guild data
- Guild features may store profile snapshots such as display name, avatar or frame IDs, and progression indicators.
- Last-seen and online presence signals may be stored for guild or social functionality.
- Guild chat messages and guild-directory metadata may be stored and shown to other players.
- Guild moderation actions, including kick notices or reasons, may be recorded and delivered through in-game mail.
2.5 Monetization and purchase data
- Rewarded ad completion metadata may be recorded for entitlement validation, fraud prevention, and reporting.
- In-app purchase receipts and purchase metadata may be transmitted for validation through platform or PlayFab services.
2.6 Support messages and diagnostics
- Support currently uses your device mail client via

2.7 Telemetry and backend logs
- Gameplay or session telemetry may be sent through PlayFab services.
- Backend services may use logging and monitoring, including Application Insights, for reliability, debugging, and abuse handling.
3. How We Use Data
- Provide account login and game progress continuity.
- Operate live-service systems including inventory, currencies, guild, mail, events, and rewards.
- Validate purchases and ad rewards.
- Respond to support requests.
- Maintain service integrity, detect abuse or fraud, and improve reliability.
4. Service Providers and Third Parties
Depending on platform and feature availability, Runeforged Heroes may use:
- Microsoft PlayFab
- Microsoft Azure
- Unity technologies
- Unity Ads, LevelPlay, or ironSource mediation services
- Apple App Store payment infrastructure
- Google Play payment infrastructure
- Your device mail client for support email flow

We keep data as long as reasonably necessary to operate the game, provide support, resolve disputes, enforce terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect service integrity. Retention periods may vary by data type.
