1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Operation Zombie, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy.
2. Limited License
Outleveled Games grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Operation Zombie for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3. Online Features and Availability
Some features may rely on internet connectivity, third-party providers, or platform services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Purchases and Virtual Items
- In-app purchases are handled by the platform storefront.
- Virtual items, rewards, and currencies are licensed for in-game use only and are not redeemable for cash.
- If a purchase is reversed, invalidated, or fraudulent, related in-game grants may be removed or adjusted where legally permitted.
5. Rewarded Ads and Promotions
Rewarded ad offers, promotional events, or limited-time rewards may change, expire, fail technically, or be revoked in cases of abuse or fraud.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or tamper with the game or its services.
- Interfere with purchase, reward, or ad systems.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise backend or distribution systems except where law does not allow such restriction.
- Use the game in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the service or other users.
7. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to Operation Zombie for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, cheating, chargeback abuse, or technical misuse.
8. Intellectual Property
Operation Zombie and its code, art, audio, names, branding, and related content remain the property of Outleveled Games or its licensors.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
Operation Zombie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Additional region-specific legal rights may apply and are not waived by these Terms.
