Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 13, 2026
This page replaces the older company-wide privacy notice for Operation Zombie. It is intended to describe privacy practices for this project specifically.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Operation Zombie, we may collect or process the following categories of information:
- Contact details you choose to provide, such as email address when contacting support.
- Account or profile information if account features are used.
- Device, app, and usage data such as device identifiers, operating system, app version, crash or diagnostic data, and gameplay-related activity needed to operate the game.
- Purchase-related information needed to validate or fulfill in-app purchases.
- Ad-related or reward-validation data where rewarded ads or ad-supported flows are used.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the game.
- Support account, progression, entitlement, and reward systems.
- Process and validate purchases.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, cheating, or technical misuse.
- Respond to support requests and operational issues.
- Perform analytics, diagnostics, and reliability monitoring.
3. Payments and Purchases
In-app purchases are handled through platform storefronts such as Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment information is generally processed and stored by those storefront providers, not directly by Outleveled Games.
4. Ads, Analytics, and Service Providers
Operation Zombie may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, payments, advertising, or related services. These providers may process device identifiers, usage events, transaction metadata, or other technical data as needed to support the game.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share information with vendors or service providers that help us operate the game, process purchases, support analytics, deliver ads, prevent fraud, or maintain infrastructure. We may also share information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the game, fulfill purchases, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, contact us and we will review the request.
9. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or additional information about your data. To make a privacy request, email [email protected].
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
